Why should I use the reservation form and where do I find it?

The Reservation Form can be found in the Sourced Portal under Files/Legal. The reservation form should be used when your investor wants to officially reserve your property. They will need to fill out the form and pay the reservation fee (which you can edit). You can use the Sourced Client Account to hold the money. Your fee is payable once the property has been exchanged for that investor and so at that time, you can make a request to transfer the money from the Sourced Client Account to you.
