Who from my business can attend the training at HQ?

The live training sessions and support staff are available to Directors of your Sourced Franchise only. You may have employees that work on your franchise but unfortunately employees cannot take such an active role in the franchise, as an owner, you can then choose what knowledge you pass on to your employees. This gives you more security over your intellectual property and makes sure your employees cannot use the information to then become a competitor. HQ will record training sessions which Directors can use to help train their employees, again, what is passed onto employees is under your control. Employees are given access to the CRM system and therefore all the documents and have the ability to send deals through to HQ for approval.
