What should I include in the valuation pack I give to the surveyor when they come to value the property?

It is a good idea to give the surveyor your due diligence when they come to value your property. Your lending depends on the conclusions they come to, so it is in your interest to persuade them to have the same opinion as you on the price of the property. As lending can be based on the GDV, and therefore not yet built/refurbished, it is important to show them the plan and finish you are going to create. In the pack you should include; Comparables for the purchase Comparables for the GDV Comparables for rentals (if applicable) Build cost breakdown QS report Title information Details of the finish, and proposed images of the interior
