What other professional costs will be payable?

As all loans are secured by bricks and mortar security there are standard fees that the borrower should expect to pay on all loans. These will include; The costs of a professional valuation. Solicitor fees (including those that are acting for the borrower and an independent solicitor acting for Sourced Capital). On occasion, a monitoring surveyor will be required.
