What is a typical Sourcing Fee?

A typical Sourcing Fee is ususally around 1-2% of the purhcase price, where a minimum of around �2000-�3000 is usually present. Sourcing Fees generally range around �2000-�6000 although there are no limits to how much a person can charge. With R2RSA deals, or deals where a property is not purchased, the agent is able to dictate their own Sourcing Fee, which ususally reflects a similar amount.
