The Property Redress Scheme (PRS) has different levels of membership, which is right for me?

There are 3 different memberships you can choose, one of which is specifically for companies that manage leasehold blocks, so if you're planning on doing this then this is the right option. If you're not planning on managing leasehold blocks, we can discount it. That leaves us with 2 other options. The more expensive option means that if someone lodges a complaint against you with the PRS you can use their services for no additional fee. The less expensive option means that if someone lodges a complaint you will need to pay a fee, or excess before you can use the PRS services. Both have the same level of cover so the choice is up to you.
