The amount you can draw down on each tranche release will be determined by the monitoring surveyor who oversees progress on that project . It would be expected that the amount of each drawdown would be represented of the amount spent by the borrower on that project, since the time of the last interim tranche release. If there is no MS required on your project. we would require full details and photographs of those works completed.
