Do I add a property on the CRM that I want to send to SDL?
Yes. You need to add the property to the CRM so you can discuss the opportunity with your support person. You may need to adjust or restructure the deal before handing it over to SDL. If the deal looks good for the auction your support person will then forward the details of the property to SDL. SDL may have questions they need to speak to you about and once satisfied SDL will make contact with the owner, confirm all the details, and send the owner a contract. If the property sells through SDL you will get 50% of the auction fee, paid within 7 days of the property going through exchange of contracts.
