Can I market a property that I have found online (Rightmove/Zoopla/etc.)?

Yes. We have 2 ways of marketing your properties, via our private mailing list and on our website. If you find a property online that you would like to market, once you have entered all the details into the CRM you should mark it down as On the Market on the property page (it's a box with a drop-down menu). When this is passed to marketing it will be sent out to our private email list only. If you find a property that is not on the market and if you get the permission of the owner, we can market this on our website as well as to the private email list. When you enter this property in the CRM mark it down as Off market.
