I'm not deal sourcing, do I still need insurance?

Yes, even though deal sourcing may not be your priority or strategy you still will be doing other activities in your franchise business. If you take up insurance with Sourced's partner Broker then they will go through with you what your focuses are for your business and will create a bespoke insurance package that works best for you. It is a requirement of your Franchise Contract Agreement to have insurance, if you do not have cover in place, Sourced can pause your software and services as you are in breach of contract. Commercial insurance is a way to protect your business when something unfortunate happens, protecting you against losses incurred through the running of your company. Insurance products are designed to protect you, your business, and your liabilities while satisfying your legal requirements as a business owner. As a business owner, who you choose to purchase insurance from is a decision for you to make, but many franchisees have found in their own research; that property sourcing is a trade that lacks an abundance of appetite from insurers to cover the specialist risks that you may be exposed to. Where cover is available, it can often be expensive, which is why we have endeavoured to make the process of arranging insurance easier for our franchisees by partnering with an insurance broker.
